Olive oil, garlic, sun and patient: here are the main ingredients of the Catalan Cuisine.
This cuisine has Greek, Roman, Phoenician origins. It is a cuisine salty and various, with sweet and salty tastes like the honey, the cinnamon, the almonds, the pine nuts and dried fruits. Moreover the cold cuts are very good. The Catalan like very much also the mushrooms and the snails.
There are many Catalan dishes like the Pa Amb Tomaquet, pieces of salty bread with garlic, tomatoes and olive oil or the Conill amb cargols, a rabbit with sauce of snails.
Our school is in the centre of Barcelona, at 5 minutes walk from Plaça de Catalunya, the main square of Barcelona.
